From the workshop
It began with a stitch. It ended with a story.
It began with a stitch. Then a row. Then a bag.
I crochet every bag by hand, one at a time. Once a bag is finished I can never make exactly the same one again, so every piece here is one of a kind.
I work in Turkey and ship worldwide. Nothing is rushed: a bag leaves when it's ready, not before.

The workshop's supervisor
Maya
Maya is next to me all day. She sits by the yarn basket, inspects the end of the thread on her own terms, and is the first to sniff a finished bag.
Quality control is hers. No bag leaves this table without her approval — and the drawings you meet around the site are her too.

Process
From yarn to bag, in three steps
01
Yarn
The yarn comes first. Raffia, cotton cord, t-shirt yarn, bouclé, paper yarn — the yarn decides how a bag stands and how it feels, so the choice is made at the very beginning.

02
Stitch
Then the stitching. Every row by hand, with a hook. Crochet shows when it's been hurried, so a bag takes as long as it takes.

03
Finish
Handles, closures, tassels and hardware come last. Once I call it done, Maya has a look as well, and then the bag is ready to be wrapped.
Values
Three things I promise
- Slow made in Turkey
- No production line, no stock to clear. Every bag is crocheted here, at home, one at a time.
- One of a kind
- Even from the same yarn, two bags never come out identical. The one you take home isn't on anyone else's shoulder.
- Worldwide shipping
- I ship from Turkey to anywhere in the world. Shipping cost and timing are confirmed with your order.
