Distance sales agreement

Buyer: the person whose name, e-mail address, phone number and delivery address are entered in the order form.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of both sides for the sale and delivery of the product the buyer orders electronically on mayamorgu.com, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

The pre-information form and the returns and exchanges terms are part of this agreement.

3. Product, price and payment

Product: the hand-crocheted bag or bags stated at the time of the order. Yarn, colour, size and preparation time are given on the product page.

Price: the product and price stated at the time of the order. The price shown on the product page and in the order summary is the final price, all taxes included.

Shipping fee: the amount shown in the order summary. For international delivery the shipping fee is quoted separately after the order.

Payment method: the method chosen at the time of the order.

The seller works under the tradesperson tax exemption (Income Tax Law art. 9/10, certificate no 2026091471FMZ0000001); no invoice is issued and no VAT is added on top. The price shown is final.

Payment is made by bank transfer (havale/EFT) or by card where the site offers it (via iyzico).

4. Delivery

The product is sent by courier to the delivery address the buyer gives in the order. The preparation time is shown on the product page.

Delivery is made within 30 days of the day the order reaches the seller. If it cannot be made within that time, the buyer is told; the buyer may then end the agreement, and the amount paid is refunded within 14 days.

If the product sells out or cannot be made, the buyer is told and the amount paid is refunded within 14 days.

5. Transfer of risk

The seller is responsible for loss and damage until the product is delivered to the buyer or to a person the buyer names. If the buyer chooses a carrier other than the one the seller uses, the risk passes to the buyer when the product is handed to that carrier.

6. Right of withdrawal

The buyer may withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of the day the product is delivered, without giving a reason and without any penalty. If several products are delivered separately, the period starts with the last one.

Notice of withdrawal is given within that time to info@mayamorgu.com, on WhatsApp (+90 533 741 35 78) or in writing to İkiçeşmelik Mah. 608/1 Sk. Kitaş Özazman Sitesi No: 10 İç Kapı No: 16, Kuşadası / Aydın, Turkey.

The buyer sends the product back within 10 days of the notice. For returns within Turkey, the shipping is paid by the seller through the return code provided. For a return from abroad because the buyer changed their mind, the return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Within 14 days of receiving the notice, the seller refunds the full amount collected, including the shipping of the first delivery, by a method matching the buyer's payment.

Any loss of value from use beyond normal inspection may be deducted from the refund.

7. Exception to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the buyer's own colour, size or strap choice, or otherwise personalised (Distance Contracts Regulation art. 15/1-ç). The rights for faulty goods still apply to them.

8. Buyer's obligations

The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the name, contact and address details given in the order.

The buyer pays the price and any shipping fee by the chosen payment method.

During the withdrawal period the buyer handles the product with care, and packs a returned product so that it is not damaged in transit.

If the parcel looks damaged on delivery, having the courier write a damage report is recommended. This does not limit the buyer's rights for faulty goods.

9. Seller's obligations

The seller delivers the product sound, complete and as described on the product page and in the pre-information form.

The seller makes any refund for withdrawal or cancellation within 14 days.

The seller processes the buyer's personal data as described on the privacy page.

If the product is faulty, the seller carries out the remedy the buyer chooses from those listed in Law no. 6502.

10. Disputes

Disputes under this agreement go to the consumer arbitration board where the buyer lives or where the purchase was made, within the monetary limits the Turkish Ministry of Trade sets each year, and above those limits to the consumer courts.

11. Entry into force

Before confirming the order, the buyer confirms electronically that they have read the pre-information form and accept this agreement. The agreement is made and takes effect with that confirmation.
