You can change your mind within 14 days

You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of the day the bag reaches you, without giving a reason.

To do so, write to info@mayamorgu.com or on WhatsApp within that time. Adding your order number speeds things up.

Please hand the bag to the courier within 10 days of writing to me.

Return shipping

I send you the courier and the shipment code to use for the return. Sent with that code, the return costs you nothing.

How to send the bag back

Pack the bag so it travels safely, in the parcel it came in if you still have it.

You are free to look the bag over, open and close it and try it on. If it comes back worn or soiled beyond that, I may deduct the resulting loss in value from the refund.

Your refund

Within 14 days of the day you tell me you are withdrawing, I refund everything you paid, including the original shipping cost.

If you paid by bank transfer, I send the money to the IBAN you give me. If you paid by card, the refund goes back to the same card; how long it takes to show depends on your bank.

Exchanges

If you would rather swap the bag for another piece, write within 14 days. If I have the bag you want, we swap it and settle any price difference together. If I don't, I refund you as above.

Custom orders

Bags I crochet to your own colour, size or handle request cannot be returned on a change of mind. Turkish distance-selling rules exclude goods made to the buyer's specifications from the right of withdrawal.

If a custom bag arrives damaged or faulty, the rights below still apply.

If it arrives damaged or faulty

If you see a problem when you open the parcel, write to me with a photo.

Under Turkish consumer law, you choose what happens next:

• return the bag for a full refund,
• a price reduction,
• a free repair,
• an exchange for a faultless bag, if I have a similar one.

Orders shipped abroad

The 14 days apply to orders shipped abroad too. If you are returning a bag because you changed your mind, the shipping back to Turkey is on you. If it arrived damaged or faulty, I pay for the return. Either way, write to me before sending anything, and we'll work out the route together.
