About this bag
Black and tan raffia run in vertical stripes under an envelope flap. The gold chain is threaded with black cord and works over the shoulder or in the hand, and the flap fastens with a gold oval twist clasp. The two-tone stripe carries it from a summer daytime look into the evening.

Care
I'd wipe it with a damp cloth, never wring it, and let it dry in the shade. Keeping it out of the washing machine is what holds the stitch in shape. Stuffing it with a soft cloth between outings keeps it standing upright, and keeping it out of long direct sun keeps the colour where it started.
