About this bag
Ivory raffia is worked in a tight basket weave that gives the body its structure. The round wooden handles are wrapped in raffia where they meet the bag, and three tassels in cream, grey-blue and tan hang together from a gold ring. The open top and upright shape make it an easy daytime bag.

Care
I'd wipe it with a damp cloth, never wring it, and let it dry in the shade. Keeping it out of the washing machine is what holds the stitch in shape. Stuffing it with a soft cloth between outings keeps it standing upright, and keeping it out of long direct sun keeps the colour where it started.
